That's the real problem here... MHRA is oversighting itself.... it has recognized a problem with slow review and has said in effect: "we have to do something about our slow review.... so this is our new goal..." Well, that's all fine and good, but it's a GOAL, not a self governed time limit. I have seen nothing that says the 150 day, or 210 day time limit, where they REQUIRE THEMSELVES to approve or deny an application by the specified time. Imho, a more realistic estimate of application decision time by MHRA is looking at the last approved MAA, which I have been told was around 300 days.... I hope it doesn't take that long, but it surely might.... might take longer...🤷
