Based upon the timing I was given, Chandra did not lie for Harry. The mABS early tests passed toxicology tests years back on animal testing. From what I was told, just before the African Trials were supposed to commence in October-November of last year, ITV-1 failed the toxicology tests. Two different series of toxicology tests.

It was one of many sore points Chandra was furious with Zhabilov over. From that horse's mouth, anyhow.
