WMI Liquidating Trust filed an Application for an Order for closure of Chapter 11 and wind-up and dissolution of The Liquidating Trust to be heard on 12-19-2019:
In P.16:
"31. With a final distribution to be made and based upon the number of recipients to receive distribution in excess of six thousand(6,000)Entities, it is possible ..................."

My question here: I do not think it was related to Class 18, subordinated allowed claims distribution approved by bankruptcy court at 82% of face value totaling $38.7M. My wild guess that the number should be under 100-200. I do not have the exact number. Class 18 should not be above 6000 !
Would this "final distribution" refer to equity beneficiaries, the voted wampq and wamuq holders?
