SpaceX launch site near Brownsville, Texas is

in potential cone of Beryl...

Earlier today Beryl was just north of

earlier projected model runs...

Later in day Friday model runs should

add more clues on that...

Intensity of Beryl increased on Thursday

where it was not expected to increase...

Right of eye impacts from Beryl are now

forecast to be mostly for Texas and along

that southerly coastline...

Any deviation more north for a path could

increase any coastline impacts...

Any further deviation north also increases

potential intensity a lot because the coastal

water along Texas is so hot now...real hot...

Which is why the watching is done closely...

South Texas has rain due ahead...

So we watch...LJ
