your right, AGAIN . . . BUT all parts, what i said, refer to this group too! Many in the know surround UCLA, some in the whole america, UK, less in europe and around the world - NOW.
The approval change that drastically! and for that, just a small percentage is necessary - if you count in the small manufacturing in the first months and even years. THATs the bottleneck, the supply. Not the demand! as many stated before me.
