Strange that someone would hope for more situations where the SEC/government screws up and have situations that would allow companies that routinely skirt SEC regulations to have additional opportunities to keep in business.

In my opinion, DBMM is a legal scam. It was fortunate that the Lucia process allowed it the time needed to get back into compliance.
