Mosman Oil and Gas CEO on Vecta Project; drilling set to start in May

Mosman Oil and Gas Ltd (AIM:MSMN) CEO Andy Carroll talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the latest developments at the Vecta Helium Project in Colorado.
