IMO it's coming soon. Agreed that Otiko needs to step down and terminate his ridiculous stock awards and compensation on his own in lieu of litigation which would likely cost him well over $100,000 just to fight it. He has done nothing in years to benefit the company or its shareholders. Always false PRs and a ton of dilution to follow.

Through some thorough public records and social media research it looks like Otiko now lives in Coronado, CA in a multi million dollar house a block from the beach and likes to fly on fly private jets for vacations around the world. Based on other responses on the boards, it looks like he may have been fired from Wound Pros too. If that's the case, they must have figured out he's a fraud and cut ties fast. Of course this is speculation, but without any actual answers from the useless PR guy, who should be fired immediately, or the company, that's all anyone here is left with today.

Still no word on the march vitastem deliveries overseas. Nothing about Nupelo in over a year. No new state licensing deals. No VA contract. No HMO contract. No OTC uplisting. No US distribution deals. No social media updates in over 4 months. No meaningful PRs. Nothing.

It's July 3, 2024 and still nothing. None of this news was in their recent financials either. Very sketchy!
