With each day passing without an RFI after phase 1 the chance for NWBO never receiving an RFI but going straight to phase 3 is increasing.

It is 100% the exact opposite actually.
The longer it takes, the more chances there will be an RFI. LP and NWBO know there will be an RFI.

This is a novel drug, there are no precedent (ASM 2022).
This is why it will take longer than most other applications (for aproval). This is also why there will be an RFI.

But keep arguing, you probably know better than NWBO themself.

Remember last month you were saying:

"no way they ll have an ASM without approval"

You are doing the same thing here with your RFI. You need to leave emotions at the door when analysing timelines.

Aproval timelines (updated with recent ASM info) are:

Extreme Optomistic -> Oct 2024
Optimistic -> Nov 2024
Realistic -> Dec-Jan-Feb-Mar 24/25
Starting to be fishy -> Apr - May 2025
Something probably wrong -> Jun - Jul - Aug 2025
