I have no idea where they wit the C rooms. But the issue is the flaskworks devices.

They have to complete the design.
They have to procure the devices.
They have to run the internal engineering runs to test it out
Then the big ticket item, they have to run comparability studies.

It is not going to happen by end of 2025. Anybody with the slightest clue knows that.

Last I checked Diver (Dr Z) bet me that -L would be approved by the MHRA by July 2023. He has no clue.
