If true yes, you are only seeing one side and the case is not settled in court yet. Felony Forgery and a lot more issues on the plaintiff's side being claimed by defendants. All this will be settled in due time and we all shall see it. Astra has nothing to do with this case or any others that may involve Holcomb. IMO, there will be a big legal price to pay Astra from these plaintiffs slandering Astra and management on this board even if they win or lose their Holcomb case. IMO as just a shareholder, The HES works great, and these plaintiffs are going to lose their ass in court and more helped by their own postings and a lot more of their actions.
