The problem here is money. In this new Q management gave away 100 million at .0001 and another 161 million at .00017 for a total of 261 million shares.

Now, if you were a funder, you would want similar or better terms.

Even if management were to somehow get funding at .0001, giving out roughly 1.5 billion or 2 billion for 150k/200k putting the O/S at 2.5/3 Billion is with 1.5/2 Billion locked up.

That would give money for a tox study but would prepare us for a reverse split, at least a 1 for 25.
