So what you're saying here is CNNA cannot file a "Form 10 Registration statement", but it can and shound file something known only as a "Form 10"!

I see where you're headed, but maybe some of the other followers don't. Perhaps if you explained the difference between a "Form 10" and a "Form 10 Registration statement", that would help some on those folks better understand.
