So if I understand you correctly, CNNA isn't required to file anything other than a Form 10 with the SEC ... and even that need not be filed?! You make a highly technical argument, I must say

I never said anything of the sort and CNNA can't file a Form 10 because it's delinquent with the SEC.

Do you have any idea when you believe CNNA will file that Form 10

I already said they can't file a Form 10 Registration statement because it's delinquent with the SEC because of the missing financials.

So it's a dead stock.
