Respectfully, I cannot comment on the US cost of SOC, but the wholesale of a full tablet course of chemo is <£20.

Radiotherapy is about £1200 per patient.

Clearly there are peripheral cost on both sides of the equation, but they would balance each other out.

So specifically for our NHS, DCVAX-L will never be a widely used prescriptive treatment for Doctors here.
