You clearly don't understand the purpose of an NDA and my guess is you have never spoken to Kelly either. That poster is ridiculous - all over the map with his "suggestions" and ideas none of which he actually wanted to implement since he refused to phone the office when invited to do so. I wouldn't tell him a damn thing about what the management of the company is doing or when or why. They aren't obligated to tell shareholders their every move.
