A Question for the wise

Read the PR again now

I really wonder how this PR could be interpreted as a negative thing which would lead to a "panic sale" as we saw towards the 10's

Maybe I'm missing it, so if anyone can enlighten me, what part of expanding due to need of more space since things are going better than expected, would cause this drop and the volume - it will be appreciated...
