IMO, if this was truly a forward looking statement, I would believe LP would have said "We are trying to guess..."

Instead, she said "We've tried"...sounds like past tense to me.

In any event, they are done guessing so perhaps the are in the midst of and RFI or recently completed the RFI.

Again, I find it difficult to comprehend her belief, we are under the 150 day protocol, if we haven't started the RFI process yet. The days don't align with the notion the RFI hasn't started.

Clock started on January 24th..today is June 29th...157 days...first stage is 80 days +/-...I do not believe the idea that the RFI hasn't started yet unless you believe the first stage is taking double the time...

Time we tell...I am still hopeful we will hear something by mid-August.
