Fair Disclosure and STRU
We have had an informational and communicational blackout mostly due to STRU being on the pinks now for 6-7 months. Soon to end. Now the SEC ruling of Fair Disclosure goes into affect on Monday. I believe this ruling will change STRU's management ways of doing things the last 1 1/2 years or more in disseminating information to a select group of longs in STRU. I think we will see more frequent shareholder e-mails and PR's from Struthers management keeping all informed at the same time. Not much more I just got off the phone with Doug and he said.... or here's a I got hot stuff summary given out to a select few to read via my select filtered friends e-mail list .... is going to happen in my opinion.
Yes their will still be those STRU DD analysts who will call the shippers, manufactures, distributors, packers and all affliates connected with STRU and compile information ahead of time as these people love to do and share and that shoe fits them well. We have a very talented bunch of those in STRU chat boards already and all praise to them. They don't get paid except in share price and recognition for bringing others success,hopefully, among their peers for their hard work in real quality DD which they share with all who can then make some decisions based on their hunt,scratch,tap and search analysis. I'm glad this fair disclosure ruling is going into affect because it will smash informational blackouts for whatever reasons forcing companies who want to succeed to increase their Administrative abilities and investor relations for the benifit of all at the same time. Lets hope the SEC sets the punishment severe and sets the example immediately to send a message to all publically traded companies. TEK
