I’m not saying this can’t move. But with the agreements management makes with these funders, people should be generally upset.

Hypothetically speaking lets say you bought 2 million shares at .01 for $20k. Now some group of schmucks come in and are offered 50 million at .0001 for a measly $5k? I would be furious.

And now a new note from this “Educational Group” for $27,500 convertible at .00017. Thats over 161 million shares with virtually zero downside risk
