Unable to even issue a shareholder update or 8-K explaining that a gag order has prevented them from filing, caused shares to carry Caveat Emptor status and trade only on Expert Market, and is responsible for a share price near zero? erhc management cares about its shareholders so deeply that it leaves them in the dark with worthless shares for all these years? So deeply that management can't even clear the air about short positions or clarify the block 4 situation? Your greed and hubris driven deceit knows no bounds.
