Despite gag orders, ERHC has taken great pains filing carefully worded 8k's with words like "finality" indicating that Kosmos was always out of block 4 and being ever careful not to mention the words: Total Energies.

All of this effort despite that they could've hidden behind a gag order excuse tells you that ERHC management cares about its shareholders deeply.

The last 8k was about the international caveat emptor telling you that ERHC still maintains its claim on its block 4 rights.

But don't worry, this will be over soon... but not in the short seller's favor.
