The ASCO presentation which should be the most important presentation in biotech over the last year. In an ideal world, the presentation should dominate the mass media.

Nine years ago, did you see the combo results?

See the horizontal line? Within one week of the second shot, the t-cell infiltration reached a staggering scale and the patient had to go through surgery to remove the inflammation tissue. The occurrence rate is between 15% to 20%. I have no doubt those patients who didn't have surgery should also have the t-cell infiltration never witnessed before.

The amazing results should explain Merck hasn't had a meeting again with the PI Timothy Cloughesy since March 2021.





Nine years ago, did you read the Nature article?
I am certain you never read it. Otherwise how could you not be excited? See the following figure? The activated CD4 t cells even outnumbered the CD8 t cells. I suspect you do know that CD4 t cells play an essential role in activating immune memory.


Nine years ago, did you anticipate NWBO had automated version of Flaskworks?
If you read the PR carefully, LP had the team conquer another Mount Everest in isolating DCs without damaging them.

Nine years ago, did you anticipate the enthusiasm in ADCs was rekindled?
I am certain it has something to do with DCVax-L as platform technology.

I can go on and on. But I suspect the above should jump start you to be excited.

About direct, my understanding is that Oncovir already has finished the clinical trial on the safety of sequential intratumoral plus systemic intramuscular injection of poly-ICLC. There is no reason Direct cannot be combined with poly-iclc directly once the project is restarted.
