Yesterday I had the honor of participating in the last module on the Chilean Mining Code, reviewing the recent reforms 40 years after its promulgation, with a special focus on environmental aspects and the permit system of the University of Chile. These modifications are fundamental for the future of the mining industry.

It was an exceptional event that allowed me, as a teacher, to connect with prominent professionals in the Chilean mining sector, former colleagues and, of course, some brilliant students.

I wish to express my sincere gratitude to all the participants, especially to the illustrious professors Cristián Quinzio, Maria Paz Pulgar and Abel Piñones, whose collaboration was essential for my participation.

A special thank you to lawyer Jose Tomas Gutierrez Ginesta, whose dedication and care in preparing the materials for this exhibition were invaluable. 💪

Thank you all and I hope to see you next time. 😉
