Further add-

all aquisitions should include transparent diligence on impact to investors.

Cost/debt / anticipated returns / mgt /any side deals.

Covert seems a potential positive but no way to assess. Surge riddled w internal transparency issues.

Need to not release empty 'news' on Partnerships that disappear or not followed up. That was MO for past (RC) mgt making releases on distro deals everywhere but never materialize or followed up.

Mission - what is the co now? Thc ? a specialty bev co ? A distro co?
Assume they might say all, but have to have priorities, translate to investors.

Better to show real bottom line success in one than chase multiple rabbits.

And IF ... then be nice to outline mgt and goals $ for each.

If addressing investors need to anticipate serious scrutiny.
