- 'aquisition' of Surge which was the landing spot of Gold Leaf , so KG bought from KG... who was paid?

- record rev / aligned w unannounced dilution... so a wash for an investor

- production near..' Goal was early May. No update. And this is just ONE bev. What about Kona Hemp, CBD, waters? Not avialable.

- what about update to strategic relationship w APRU?

- Mgt- the co now has the Covert team listed as CEO/COO on OTC. Jermain Strong was CEO. There have been material mgt changes to leadership. No news.

The co HAS to move past puffery and ignoring past claims. Further if the co wants to claim transparency as goal, then cant cherry pick.

i hold my shares. I gave the new team (?who now) through 2nd qtr to assure myself changes and turnaround post RC was real.
