The darn stock is at all time lows what are you expecting like another 30 cent drop. I mean at that point you are in the 30's with delisting right around the corner. You don't wait on a buyback things are bad enough right now. I really expect a sale by year end now.They aren't going to wait years on court cases they may not even win. I now believe denner wants out sooner rather than later. Let a BP take over and finish off europe.
