Once you break it down it's all meaningless ... ENVX is possibly going to maybe pay "Elentec" to use some of their tech to maybe make something... Oh and Elentec has a relationship of some kind with Samsung...which has nothing to do with ENVX but they mentioned it because thats the only purpose of the BS news.
