But I did not see terms - ANYONE have better luck reading the fine print ?

And I do wonder if shares are post split shares or pre split shares ---- that is a 30x difference

and this third one - which may well be saying --- that everything BEFORE (warrants - awards - incentive plans) gets the RS action (which I think is good???? e.g. 30,000 warrants - as I read it - become 1,000 warrants?)
