In article that said nothing ---- talking about decline in PPS at NKLA (to me it is the risk and then the RS shake off that is near unavoidable) ---- I found the below

The company also filed a prospectus with the SEC regarding the offering of an aggregate of up to 23.89 million shares, issuable upon the exercise of warrants originally issued in the initial public offering of VectoIQ.

VectorIQ ---- I thought that was ancient - ancient 2020 2021 stuff ???

And if post RS that is 700 million pre RS shares ??

"issuable on exercise of warrants" ????

Hell - with rose colored glasses this might be a nice infusion of cash if the exercise price is say $9 or $10 a share --- if exercised

Anyone know ?
