Get your SEC complaint filed electronically now with the old link on this page. I don't have it handy at present, farting around online right now at an airport waiting on my flight.

Get that done first and use only Zhabilov's name for starters. If you complain about the CCC bunch who's no longer legally there, your complaint won't get but a second's look by anyone monitoring the growing list.

Then find anyone setting up the small class-action of defrauded shareholders. The risk of it not getting past an SEC warning stage to Zhabilov by the SEC, is for the reasons that: (1) it's in OTC:Pink land, so the priority will be low, (2) ENZC may have no assets left to act against as a company, (3) Zhabilov will run if investigated, dragging out a low priority case. If anyone unearths proof he sold off illegally as accused, and got millions out of it, some SEC official would pursue and prosecute. As they did with the old Pink stock "SpongeTech", and sent that guy up for a 10-year federal pen stint, after liquidating all of his personal assets in Florida.
