IT'S ALL GOOD !!! Typical "TURNAROUND" oil refinery term. It always takes time and can be done onsite and more complex modifications are having to be fabricated at Shaw and expedited to US Mag.
Turnarounds are almost always behind schedule and not considered completed until everything is 100% and works as advertised.
ie: heat trace needs to be installed, big ass pipe has to be bent at Shaw, instrumentation / automation has to be installed and programmed at all valves, temp sensors, flow switches by electricians, pipefitters, priming and painting… operating engineers, maintenance crew trained for 2 or 3 work shifts…
