Sue who? For what? Penny-Scams like ENZC are better off avoided in the first place. Very rarely is any legal action effective. They usually have minimal assets, and there's not a strong legal case to be made.

When gambling on these scams, best strategy is to flip during the pump and get out before the dump. Holding long term hoping for another pump is risky.
