Increased STRU's ADMIN. ratings

Upon a over view of the new annual report and finally the issuing of a money PR I would like to increase my rating of STRU's administrative capacities {see Netshoes post here # 269} which includes investor relations from a D+ to a C+. I would have given them a B- but as of today Saturday October 21st I have received no proxy in the mail and I have two brokers with STRU and the SH/M is October 28th just 7 days away. What I'm hoing for is that at the shareholders meeting next week this rating can go up more to the B+ range IMO. Of course my Operations Rating and business model still stands giving STRU a A+ there.
