It has been referenced here time and time again that Thom had investor friends that got their asses handed to them when the lawsuit failed. Maybe this new guy was one of those “ friends” Thom was trying to get at least some of their investment back. Who knows. All I know is, that it’s been awfully quiet from the company for a long long time.
