Your statement was presumptious, in that younare assuming there is no plan. Someone doesn't join a board to go down in bankruptcy. We may not be privy to the plan, but something is developing behind the scenes.

You question the 250k shares given to the board member. At these prices, that is worthless. So there must be some pathway forward to increase the value of those shares. No one works for free (not even L4BC). ;)

You keep bringing up a $2 million contract ($200K per year over 10 years?). His salary was about $200K a year. You reference his contract is up in August. Maybe that is a good time to transition the company to the next phase? Perhaps, out with the old and in with the new blood, new direction and new investment?

You have contributed some good information here, but we need to read the tea leaves, to tie it all together. Nothing is for certain, but $$ is made through assuming good risks, in investment.
