Advent is owned by LP.

Those freezers are now Advent's as part the sublease. Along with the existing and new cleanrooms and all GMP approved space. They are all part of the building, so "owned" by Huwei but it is Advant that has use of them by virtue of the sublease.

NWBO gets their $140Kyear or so for all that. And they still lose on real estate as they pay Huwei a lot more for the main lease.
