Awesome! As of 06/21/2024 KOAN share structure officially changed. The vote in May has become effective. Below is KOAN's new share structure.

Authorized Shares 2,000,000,000 - 06/21/2024
Outstanding Shares - 96,179,058 - 06/21/2024
Restricted - 57,639,910 - 06/21/2024
Unrestricted 38,539,148 - 06/21/2024
Held at DTC - 35,913,725 - 06/21/2024
Float - 35,539,148 - 03/27/2024

Take a look at the share structure provided below and make a comparison. The only modification is the Authorized Shares, now at 2 billion. It's evident that the outstanding share exchange hasn't taken place yet. The need for 2 billion authorized shares indicates they are preparing for a common share exchange. We're anticipating that moment, and if they opt for a 1-for-1 exchange, some bullish investors will be very pleased.

200,000,000 April 19, 2024
Total Shares Outstanding (B) 96,179,058 April 19, 2024
Number of Restricted Shares1 (C) 60,639,910 April 19, 2024
Public Float: 35,540,000

As of today, koan share trade at .0319.

Make no mistake that EMGE Insider held 134,427,516 restricted common shares. This amount isn't a small chump change. It benefits them more if they do 1 to 1 exchange.

For those unfamiliar with how such mergers operate, I've observed PMPG's implementation of a triangular merger (251g) in Delaware, featuring a 1-for-1 stock exchange. As a result, the stock surged significantly, jumping from lows in the .002 range to 26 cents.

It's disappointing to witness idiot bashers claiming that common shareholders will end up with nothing. The idea that even insiders, angel investors, and lenders will be wiped out is nonsensical and unfounded. All my years of investment I have never seen a case where a merger wiped out the common shareholders. Let's me make it clear; we're all in this together. Don't be intimidated by the pathetic stupidly nonsense pump bashers. Stay resolute; brighter days are on the horizon. Our opportunity is near, and better times are ahead. Best of luck to those who were swayed to sell and are now watching from the sidelines. They will regret not holding onto their shares once the share exchange closes. Imho:)))
