I understand what your point of view is. I will share the issue that I have. Everything you say may come to fruition . Future shareholders might do well. This Reverse will kill current shareholders. You said that 40 million if fine. and in my opinion 200 million would still be a good SS . Why is the AS 2 billion? why not reduce it also. 500 million or less. I believe. they plan on diluting this to 2 bill. If you have another logical reason please share. I 100%want to be wrong. I will say this, if they plan on adding a bunch of restricted that cant be dumped into the DTC for a while . I am fine with that. However if they plan on diluting non-stop, then this will be back to trips in no time. I honestly want to be wrong. Not bashing. I am way underwater on this. I hope the company has a MC of 100 million. with this new float we will fly. Good luck to everyone.
