Of course it won’t, however, gives them more leverage to make acquisitions or whatever they want to do with stock. The most successful penny stocks I’ve ever owned were sitting around 30-40 million outstanding shares. I’ve owned a handful of companies and one thing I can tell you from experience is you’ll never ever get everyone in a big group to agree the same on any issue. You’re always gonna have these supposed know it alls that think their smarter. You think having 1.8 billion outstanding shares is better!?!?? You seriously can’t be that stupid. Oh hey let’s have the company have 10 billion outstanding shares right?
You really think if a venture capital company or investment banking firm would get involved with a company with billions and billions of outstanding shares? I’ll tell you right now the answer is no. Been there done that.
