Yes Noted, it went along with Billy Ray bringing in Sharabura to be that buffer person / sub entity. Perhaps this was the move Harry Z had planned for a relief valve if needed. However let the Fradulent Four (Harry, Barry, Kelli, Steve S ) take the Debt with ENZC SUB and disappear. Then perhaps the Three C's can make a "New and Improved" ENZC Reverse Merger with ADNEXUS.
