EX has a rock-bottom thesis that LP and LG are scamming longs and NWBO is not a legitimate enterprise. I know that he makes shit up and presents his opinions in the language of facts. IMO he is not to be trusted and is pernicious at best. BUT, unlike the other obsessive bashers, they (likely to be he and close associates) do know a lot, they don't tend to just repeat the same bashing over and over every day. Just e.g. I admit I knew nothing about Roswell or MimiMax until he mentioned it. Roswell is a major player in cancer research and SurvaxM looks like it could eventually emerge as a possible competitor to DcVax if and when they complete a successful ph 3 trial. Now that I have Roswell on my radar it's obvious that was a big hole in my knowledge of the GBM therapy universe. So yeah, Ex views NW with a huge chip on his shoulder and seems to be willing to be underhanded (more than once I have caught him out on something and he never answers when caught dead to rights), but in this case he informed me. And he is quite right - this deal doesn't make NW partners with Roswell, IMO far from it. A very positive association and I hope we bought a lot more than $2.3 worth of IP, the added value coming from what it might do to boost dcVax's efficacy. But it doesn't make us partners and they might be a serious competitor to dcVax in the future. It's hard to understand that competition as it looks like SurvaxM takes the GBM research in a completely different direction. Anyway any of these ph 3 trials requires an absurd amount of money and the question in my mind is can NW raise the kind of cash they need for any more ph 3 trials before any gross profit from dcVax comes in? If so, where will it come from and on what terms? But obviously first NW needs to get the MAA approved and get dcvax into the market and doing so should reset our share price.
