If employees are drawing salaries but not actually doing anything, does that qualify?

Where's the proof that anything was provided by the employees? What was it that they did all this time that warranted being paid a single penny? Oh and the "company" didn't pay that 600K for facility use. Shareholders paid for it. Every dime of it.
