Chandra was part of the ENZC scam - and if he wasn't smart enough to understand it was a scam - all insiders on a OTC scam know it is about insider enrichment.

Chandra isn't your savior he is another serial scammer attempting to take more of your money.

Monoclonal Antibody Technologies, Inc. was created about a year ago and is an empty shell. And it is an empty shell that is being setup to to take more money from the true believers.

ENZC isn't registered as a business entity in Texas where they are domiciled. If ENZC has changed states where it is incorporated - but it still has to register in Texas as a Foreign Business - so it is operating illegally.
