You actually think he's developing a "world changing product?" That has got to be the craziest conspiracy theory you've ever come up with.

Why would anyone endorse Retacell for years, dump Movychem and steal its Retacell IP claiming that Movychem could not produce the Xeriant-stated "successfully developed" Nexboard with Retacell, that per their JV Agreement was not ever for Movychem to produce but was for only Xeriant to produce under their JV, to then as Xeriant, lie to claim that Movychem defaulted so that Xetiant could skirt out of paying Movychem its $2M for worldwide Retacell rights, to still have to figure out how to produce Nexboard but niw with some new or stolen Retacell-like fire retardant, only to fail to produce not to mention certify the damn Nexboard product, but instead to waste time on fake-claim Auctus lawsuit, and put central company focus and dilution-generated capital resources into suing XTI Aircraft, rather than getting Nexboard done, out the door and under production, if the Nexboard product is so damn "world changing" where if so investors would be lining up around the world to financially support its development and global production?

If it looks like a scam, and the CEO acts like it's a scam, and the CEO and company with its Xeriant Board members have gone awol, it most likely is. A scam.
