You want to see distortions today that are favorable to pumpers?

Check out Beecham’s estimate that the silk produced in this latest round (325 pounds of cocoons) exceeds 100 kilos, a fantastical exaggeration of how efficiency of silk production might be upped by nearly 50%.

Check out the many attacks attributing the sluggish response in share price to sinister shorters, market makers, and posters hired to bash the stock.

Check out Arachnodude’s post that the SEC would come after me for making false statements against KBLB.

You want to know what I have said?

The hank shown in the December photo likely represented an inflection point in share price. CHECK

Look for a production announcement in late June. (Off by 2 weeks)

The weight of silk resulting from reeling 325 pounds of cocoons should be 32.5 KILOS, not 32.5 POUNDS (an increase in the estimate by a factor of 2.2). CHECK

Thompson is acting that he has great confidence in the latest production round. Although this has been seen before, he has more experience and expertise than in the past. CHECK

Thompson appears to be engaged in a PR campaign to drum up interest before a big announcement. CHECK

The SEC Notice of Effectiveness of Amendments was only to incorporate the latest quarterly reports into the preliminary S1-A and did not mean that dilution was at hand.

Not all of my messages are negative. They are nuanced, meaning they aren’t completely good or completely bad. Hard to live in a grey world when you can only see things in black or white.

When I post a message criticizing a claim that short sellers and market makers are responsible for the sluggish price rise after Monday’s announcement, I disclose that the message used in support of the claim was 18 years old, the SEC has since passed several regulations to correct the loopholes, and I provide a link to substantiate my claim.

When I suggest that KBLB needs to pass a higher bar to support their claims than in the past, that does not mean they will fail. It only means investors are reluctant to admit that preliminary results will necessarily hold in the future. We both know why this skepticism exists. As more evidence piles up that success is at hand, the more investors will believe it. So far, so good. Still holding onto my shares, not selling.

Shades of grey, not black and white.
