Boeing and Airbus may have used 'counterfeit' titanium in planes, FAA says

Reminds me of a purchasing manager in FL for a hospital chain there. A hospital ordered titanium screws and when he saw the PO and the price of the screws he cancelled the PO and ordered the screws from a hardware chain.

The dumbass didn't realize the screws he ordered would rust inside a human body.
