So what does a licensing deal for DCVax look like?


So MiniMe (a Roswell spinoff) just sold the China rights to their SurvaxM DC vaccine for $10M up front and up to $150M. That is just China rights, a tiny fraction of the world in this space.

OTOH, Roswell just sold all rights to some other DC vaccine tech to NWBO for $0 up front and up to $2.3M and 4%.

One might question the value of what NWBO just bought.
