Anyone hoping for some sort 'buyout' should think twice about how favorable that would be for all existing stockholders. No company is overpaying for a company that has NEVER had a enough sales to show a profit in any year that it has existed. And all should know that all those notes that have matured and are due will have to be paid FIRST before any remaining money is cut up for the stockholders. So that over $12,000,000 in note loans will go first. Is this company even worthy of a $12,000,000 buyout price with those net losses accumulated year after years?
