My first doubt about Andy Marsh was cancelling a joint energy venture at Muddy Run on the Pennsylvania Susquehanna River.
Andy Marsh said nothing UNTIL an Analyst asked about the status.
Andy calmly said he called an audible.
The meaning is that PLUG routinely makes PRs on seemingly positive news and good luck later finding out what happened.
